Wait — Something Changed is a spot-the-difference puzzle you can play instantly, with no install or extra payment. Two almost-identical images fill the screen side by side. Your task: find and tap each subtle difference between them.

Nail one and a green circle marks the spot while the progress bar at the top ticks forward. Find every difference and the level bursts into confetti — on to the next. Two mechanics keep things interesting beyond the searching itself.

First, a life system — you start each level with three hearts. Tap a spot where nothing has changed and you lose a heart. Lose all three and it's game over. You can restore a life by watching a short ad, spending 20 coins, or simply waiting 60 seconds for the auto-refill.

Second, a timer mode — each level's creator can toggle the clock on or off, so some levels let you look at your own pace while others race a countdown. When the timer drops below 20 seconds it changes color and an alert tone kicks in to raise the stakes.

If you're genuinely stuck, tap the hint button and the difference's location appears as a semi-transparent highlight. Hints are charged with 10 coins or a short ad, and clearing each level rewards you with three hints.
