مقدمه

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers all Quiga services operated by Circus Company. (1) The game website quiga.io, which offers games and quizzes and carries no advertising. (2) Our discovery-content sites — the blog (blog.quiga.io), the personality-test site (mbti.quiga.io), and the conversation-card site (talk.quiga.io) — which publish articles and tests and may carry advertising. (3) The QuigaPlay mobile app, which collects our games in one place and may carry advertising. All three follow this single policy, but because what they collect and how they treat advertising differ, each section below identifies the area it describes.

Advertising

حریم خصوصی کودکان (COPPA)

Quiga با قانون حفاظت از حریم خصوصی آنلاین کودکان (COPPA) سازگار است. پیش از ساخت نمایه بازیکن کودک، رضایت قابل‌تأیید والدین لازم است. والدین می‌توانند هر زمان از تنظیمات حساب، داده‌های فرزندشان را ببینند، تغییر دهند یا حذف کنند. داده‌های کودکان هرگز با اشخاص ثالث به اشتراک گذاشته یا برای تبلیغات استفاده نمی‌شود.

اشتراک‌گذاری داده‌ها

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the service (hosting, payment processing, and analytics) under strict data-protection agreements. In areas that carry advertising, advertising providers process cookies, advertising identifiers, and approximate location to the extent needed to serve ads and measure their performance; see the Advertising section above for details. The games on quiga.io and any data collected from children are excluded from that advertising processing.

There are no third-party advertising cookies in the game area. On the discovery-content sites and in the mobile app, where advertising is served, the third-party advertising cookies and advertising identifiers described in the Advertising section above are used. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and other features from working.
